How to use

1. Before filling, label the storage bag with the name, date, time and indicate
   day/night which the milk was expressed.
2. 2. Tear along the cut line at the top of storage bag and open the ziplock with clean and dry hands.
   3. Pour the expressed breastmilk into storage bag and seal the double ziplock after emptying the air in the bag.
   4. When using, warm up the breastmilk under heated water at 40-60°C.
   5. When the milk is ready, tear off the milk pouring spout seal and pour out breastmilk into a feeding bottle.

Important Notes:

Store in an upright position.
Always fill the storage bag under 250ml for the possible expansion when it is stored in a freezer.
Thaw frozen milk in refrigerator overnight or under warm water (max. 37°C) before heating.
Do not refreeze breastmilk after thawing.
Never touch the inner walls or blow into the milk bag to avoid contamination.

Refrigerator (0-4°C): 3-5 Days
Freezer (with separate door) (-18°C): 3-4 Months
