At First Few Years, we aim to give you your items in 2 to 5 working days. Tracking number will be provided once order has been processed.

For orders which require assembly (e.g Baby Cots), delivery team will give you a call to arrange for delivery day and timing.

All purchases are not refundable but exchangeable. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods for exchange. Merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards.

We will not accept dirty, washed or used products. All furniture and items that have been assembled will incur a 30% restocking fee. Some products are considered special order items and unfortunately are not returnable. If this is the case it will be clearly noted on the product page. Please Note: We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products: feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, and undergarments. All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval.

We normally process all orders within 1-2 working days. If you notify us before the order is being shipped out, we would able to process the cancellation. 

For online purchases : For any purchase worth $300 and above, you would be eligible for a VIP membership. The VIP card would be mailed to your address or delivered with the items that you have purchased.

For in-store purchases : Spend a minimum of $300 within 3 months, maximum of 3 receipts.

You would be able to enjoy 10% discount on regular price items (except for Bugaboo items), valid for on-site and online purchases.

The membership is valid for 2 years from date of issue.

I am an existing VIP member in-store, but I do not see the VIP member discount reflected upon cart out. What should I do?

Please email a picture of your VIP card with the email address you have created on our website to sales@firstfewyears.com.sg. A customer service officer will assist you further with your account.
